I have another issue with a Popup Layer containing an embedded Two List Selection.  If I make the Popup Layer draggable (by setting draggable="true"), a single click on an item in the "from  list" or the "to list" does not enable the Add or Remove button.  In order to enable the Add and Remove buttons, I need to double-click on an item in the from or to list (which also moves the item, of course).  In addition, after I single click on an item in the "from list" or the "to list", a "mouseover" any item in the same list will highlight that item, even though there is no mouseover event defined in my code.  This behavior occurs regardless of whether or not I have actually dragged the Popup Layer.

If I set draggable="false" on the Popup Layer, then the Two List Selection behaves as expected.  A single click on an item in the "from list"  or the "to list" enables the Add or Remove button.  And a "mouseover" one or more items following a single click of another item has no effect.

Do I need to specify something differently in order to make the Popup Layer with a Two List Selection draggable?  Or is this a known bug that will be resolved?  Thanks very much.
